Patient-centered care has continued being a crucial element of the healthcare system and practices in the country. The U.S.A healthcare system continues experiencing a lot of changes due to the ever-changing sociocultural dynamics. Over the past several decades, new generations have come up, spurred by new communities from both within and outside the country. These demographic changes have brought with them new insights into the healthcare system. The most significant of them is how health is supposed to be delivered with respect to the cultural orientation of the patients coming in. with the generally greater number of diverse cultures around, healthcare providers need to also make significant adjustments to suit the population. There is need for tailored healthcare practices that is strictly patient-centered.
