In healthcare profession, the primary stakeholders include patients, healthcare providers, administrative staff, support staff and regulatory bodies. Patients safety and well-being is directly influenced by the services provided by physicians, nurses, pharmacists, dentists, laboratory scientists among others. Administrative staff contribute to operational efficiency in the hospital by ensuring smooth scheduling, billing and medical records management (Lubekke et al., 2023). Support staff like maintenance workers and information technology technicians are responsible for maintaining the hospitals infrastructure. In addition, regulatory bodies ensure that healthcare facilities always adhere to
