The organization aims to improve the healthcare coverage through technological advancement and making medical services access affordable. This paper analyses readiness of United Healthcare to address the healthcare needs of citizens in future. It also highlights on a strategic plan that incorporates the organization’s growth, nursing staffing needs, resource management and patient satisfaction.
