Provide a log of everything that you eat and drink for three consecutive days as well as your exercise activities for each day. Describe in a page the changes that you need to make by discussing your eating and drinking patterns with the USDA “choose my plate” and “healthy eating plate” of the Harvard School of Public Health. Provide a comparison between these two recommendations by reflecting on which one is better suited to any changes you need to make. Develop a simple brief plan for carrying out a nutritionally healthy lifestyle and include daily physical activity in your plan: describe how and when you will make the changes; what obstacles you may encounter and how you may minimize them; and, do not forget to include some type of realistic physical activity in your plan. Changes in the Feeding Habits
The healthy eating plate designed by experts from the Havard School of public health has given detailed guidelines on how one can feed and remain healthy. The first step given is that of doing away with oils that increase cholesterol levels in the body and instead turn to the use healthier oils like the olive and canola oils. As an individual who is on a mission to lose weight, I plan to embark on the use of the two oils immediately.
