After completing the survey, I discovered that I am a tactile learner. This discovery shocked me because I always assume I rely on a combination of learning styles. Sometimes, I understand better when I listen to information; other times, I need to apply the concepts learned to understand them better. Tactile learning involves the latter. However, these results make sense because I have always enjoyed the practical aspect of my classwork. As Ariastuti and Wahyudin (2022) indicate, tactile learning involves learning by doing, which can explain why I enjoy practical projects more than other learning activities, especially those that require memorization.
