To assess the present status of cognitive style among teachers in selected schools of Vadodara. 2. To find the association between cognitive style and selected demographic variables. To explore the correlation between Iranian EFL teachers' epistemological beliefs and their conceptions of teaching and learning, providing insights that could improve teacher education programs and teaching practices.
