Justice-based leadership poses more challenges since it challenges set policies and prevailing community standards (Center for Economic and Social Justice, n.d.). To deal with these challenges, a school leader must navigate between social justice and employment protection, focusing on decision-making, stakeholders, and ethical considerations to create a fair learning environment.
