Evaluability Assessment - Part I Student’s Name University Name Course Number and Name Professor’s Name Date Evaluability Assessment - Part I Evaluation of programs is an added advantage to understanding the effectiveness of the faith online-based programs I will be examining in my study. In this consideration, I assess two faith -based organizations that focus on evangelism and discipleship using digital platforms. This evaluation assessment is not only important for my area of study but also significant in helping stakeholders to gather information that can help improve the effectiveness of their programs. Program 1 - Global Disciples The first program I evaluated is Global Discipleship. This is an international organization that aims at training local leaders to help spread evangelism. The program seeks to leverage online accessibility to equip local faith leaders with the necessary skills required in establishing churches in local areas. The organization is largely focused on in-person training but since 2020, it has been oriented towards offering online training modules, online resources repository, and virtual coaching sessions. The leadership development approach for this program integrates biblical teaching with practical ministry skills, emphasizing multiplication of disciples through relationship-building. The targe audience for the program includes Christian leaders in over 62 countries. With this audience, the program seeks to establish discipleship-mission training initiatives within their local contexts. Global Disciples employs a train-the-trainer model that creates a ripple effect. Each trained leader is expected to train others, creating exponential growth in discipleship efforts. Program 2: Digital Discipleship The other program I evaluated is Digital Discipleship.
