I effectively learned to handle a hand held heart monitor safely. I also learned on how to hold a rope so as to jump consistently.

What did you enjoy about today’s exercises? Did you encounter any challenge when handling the hand held heart monitor?
I enjoyed today’s exercises especially skipping the rope. It really got me sweating and burning those unneeded fat. I also has some challenges with the chest strap but I ended up doing it perfectly.
