Communication in Various Conflict Situations
Andrea employs a different approach from Max’s regarding conflict resolution. Andrea appears to use a compromising style since she wants to keep the group constructive and neutralize the opposition with the help of a friend. In this conflict management style, no side will be completely happy. The end of this would be to develop an attitude of resentment towards those involved (Ronquillo et al., 2022).
