It integrates all aspects of communication, such as tone, language, gestures, body language, and facial expressions. Communication is inescapable
It is impossible to avoid communication at any point in time. Even when you choose to remain silent, you are passing a message to people around. Sometimes people may wrongly perceive your intentions for being silent (DeVito, 2019). Communication is irreversible
