The first objective is non-functional in that it does not give the trainees enough time to learn the aspect of using the ribbon-cutting machine and interlacing that with the safety rules.
Employees are expected to familiarize with the safety rules and guidelines of operating a ribbon-cutting machine.
The second objective also does not have any objectivity in it given that it just a statement that does not give a highlight of the essence of the achievement and the quality of work expected.
