Resources like large servers and processors for big organizations may be expensive to acquire. These services have become readily available at a fair price due to cloud computing (Miller, 2009). Most companies use this platform to store their data like communication companies, and this serves as both a storage facility and backup option. However, such technology requires internet connection if the resources are to be accessed. This creates a problem especially in the area where internet connection is a problem.

Most importantly, cloud computing provides specialized tailored applications specific to the certain need of a company that is available on demand like online gaming that uses this platform (Rittinghouse et al, 2010). The birth of every new technology comes with both benefits and disadvantages. In this section, it is worth to explore the disadvantages associated with cloud computing. Cloud computing comes in flaws and drawbacks. These take account of things like privacy and security. With storage and access to online information, it possesses great risk of sabotage and mischief especially for crucial data of a company like financial institutions or government protected data.
