Advocacy strategies to create change in the workplace
People in the correctional facilities need health care services in equal measure. Inmates demand health services just like any other civilian, and have equal rights to health. This, therefore, calls for advocacy strategies for change in the provision of health services towards better and effective health services. Health care workers within correctional facilities require both psychological and emotional support to continuously provide health services.
