This was the problem that was bothering the general manager, Barbara. Her heads of departments as well as supervisors had agreed with her that the morale of her staff was indeed weakening yet they both couldn`t establish why this was happening. Staffs are just providing a familiar response for opting to be out of Ballard Integrated Managed Services but not revealing any new information.
