Debrief - Sustainable Art Project Name Institutional Affiliation Instructor Course Date Debrief - Sustainable Art Project Teams  Some interpersonal dynamics were different from those of a fun project compared to a directly business-related assignment. First, the team members were allowed to discuss the sustainability project, develop ideas, and select the one we were all comfortable with. Morrison-Smith and Ruiz, (2020) notes that team members learn from each other which helps to avoid possible mistakes in completing a project. Second, we combined creativity and ideas, making it easier to complete the project. Unlike in business, no ideas were considered wrong, where facts and figures may be necessary to complete the assignment to show credibility and reliability.  We learned different lessons from each other. First, we learned about sustainability in terms of developing the bird feeder. Various group members had varying ideas on types of feeders, materials to use, location, types of feeds, and others. Second, we learned to accommodate each other and peacefully solve conflicts. Each team member was allowed to give ideas, and given our differences, there were conflicts (Morrison-Smith & Ruiz, 2020). We solved the disputes through negotiations and accommodation. We also improved our research and communication skills as each member had to present the information they had researched on the bird feeder.  The virtual team skills grew in different ways.
