The data were gathered on 204 respondents aged between 18-34, with the largest number being females (62.3%). A majority of the participants (70.1) indicated that they participated in some sporting activity, with badminton, running, and table tennis being mostly common. Regarding social media usage, a significant percentage of the respondents (68.6%) dedicated between one and five hours per day to online video content, and TikTok (42.6%) and RedNote (27%) showed the highest engagement in watching content related to fitness. The SPSS had a multiple linear regression analysis that tested whether nine independent variables existed—seen strength/conditioning videos (seen sc), search fit, engage, peer vid, follow creators, approval, no point, access, and physical condition— were a significant predictor of the dependent variable inspired (feeling motivated after viewing fitness videos).
