Hi class, Southwest Airlines from what I can see has a lot of better perks compared to United, Delta, American, and JetBlue. At Southwest you can check in two bags for free, they offer lower cost for airline tickets, their national rating is a 4 out of 5 stars with customer satisfaction. On Southwest aircraft, passengers can fly this airline with good comfort seating and good led room. For Southwest competitors, they will need to look at their pricing on airline tickets, baggage, and service and create a plan on how they can better their overall services to compete. The biggest issue that passengers look at when searching for flights is the delays.
