Dependence on External Markets External environmental factors profoundly affect managerial practices and decision-making while managing jobs and other stakeholders (Bauer et al., 2010). During the COVID-19 epidemic and the global financial crisis, the BVIPA faced acute environmental instability since its economy depends on foreign trade and tourism.
