PROPOSAL FOR TRAINING

Based on the table in CSL Part 2 PDF I uploaded, please explain the module 3 (Recycling 101) in the table. For module 3 specify: What particularly we want to address (ex: educate community members on what can be recycled…) Why we chose the training method Explain the training method (pros, cons, definition, what learning style it applies to…) Why is the module at its particular place in the workshop (why is module 1 #1) The PDF Part I uploaded is the background, and you also need to refer to the PowerPoints I uploaded. WRITING/SPEAKING STYLE: Avoid colloquialism (casual slang). Use spell check. Use an appropriate tone: You are directing this report to management, so be direct but diplomatic. Use jargon from the course appropriately to demonstrate that you can make informed decisions consistent with theory from the course, but also be prepared to explain that jargon for a non-training expert.
