Leadership Skills Categories Divya depicted two primary leadership skills categories, namely interpersonal and conceptual skills. In particular, interpersonal leadership skills entail abilities to help superiors, followers, and peers to meet set objectives. These leadership skills involve managing human conflicts, being emotionally intelligent, and being socially perceptive (Northhouse, 2021, p. 104). Divya was also good at creating a vision since she knew where she was and where she wanted to be in the future.
