Standing at the chart's apex is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), who has the overall responsibility of running the facility regarding established strategies. Among the direct subordinates to the CEO are the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), who is in charge of all medical activities, and the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), who is responsible for the nursing functions within the hospital, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) oversees financial development, and the Chief Operating Officer (COO) oversees operation development. The organization of the clinical departments reflects the focus on patient needs for specialized care and an integrated approach. Under CMO are heads of internal medicine, pediatrics, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, pathology, radiology, and emergency departments.
