What impact did it have on your nursing practice in class? My initial experience with collegiality and collaboration during the beginning of the term was mixed. For example, I could collaborate with certain colleagues in some activities. Effective teamwork created a supportive care atmosphere that empowered peers within the nursing practice. However, I struggled with effective communication with some peers. The struggle was detrimental since effective communication achieves informed decision-making and adherence that helps achieve positive health outcomes (Sanchis-Giménez et al., 2023). Due to poor communication, group activities sometimes became less efficient and effective, which resulted in misunderstandings. What will you change or start doing in terms of your nursing practice for Collegiality & Collaboration in class group work? Provide examples of professional practice changes you will make for yourself.
