Frustration, conceptualization, action, and outcomes are the four pillars of the conflict process (Rosenwein, 2020). In most cases, conflicts begin in the frustration stage, when people's hopes and dreams are repeatedly crushed. During conceptualization, parties try to understand the problem and develop solutions. Then, once a strategy has been settled upon—cooperation or competition—the parties move into the action phase. The resolution measures are assessed for their effectiveness, and the level of satisfaction between the parties is calculated in the outcome stage.
