Competencies to Advocate for the SC Roles School counselors are important in helping students to achieve their educational and career potential while helping them through personal and social issues. School counseling program (CSCP) enables school counselor to guarantee that every client of the program is provided with appropriate tools to enable him or her to succeed in school and other aspects of life. It is crucial for the formation of a well- rounded person, which will prepare him/her for the future life challenges. Key activities include individual counselling, classroom guidance, and crisis interventions in and out of school. Design and Evaluation of SC Programs The programs include: .
