Within the system, there are multiple divisions and departments. As the trainer, it is important to be prepared to facilitate training cyclically or at a moment’s notice. Typically, a public school system has three types of training. They are as follows: • Required by Law Training • Annual Organizational Training • Situational Event Training – with best practices Your task is to create a Training Procedures Manual with three sections. Each section should have a minimum of three training opportunities. In your final paper, for each training opportunity, do the following: • Identify the type of training. • Define the training and the purpose of the training. • Define the learning objective for the training. • Identify the target audience for the training. • Describe the timeline and method of training. • Identify the evaluation method. • Describe the plan for completion.
