Workplace Dilemma Student Name Institutional Affiliation Date Workplace Dilemma Workplaces are composed of individuals with different approaches to issues, which often subjects people to dilemmas, especially where partners navigate client relationships and internal issues. This scenario delves into the dilemma Lee faces when he is torn between a toxic leadership style at a major client, Bailey Industries, and the conflicting guidance he gets from his mentor Henry Mitchell who is unbothered by the toxic leadership style but is instead interested with the existing relationship between the two businesses. The essay analyses Lee’s issues based on organizational behavior theories to identify the challenges Lee faces and demonstrate the support that managers need to offer their employees when navigating problematic scenarios. In the context of organizational behavior, Jameson’s actions can be replicated across the organization, as the staff members are more likely to follow Jameson’s behavior and employ the confrontational approach. Given that Social Learning Theory indicates that specific behaviors are learned through imitation. The senior staff members are more likely to imitate Jameson's behaviors and employ them when dealing with the rest of the employees.
