You are the HR director at a fast-growing tech company in Dubai. Recently, you noticed a trend where some of your employees complain about dissatisfaction with their compensation. Other renowned companies, including LG Electronics and SK Hynix, face similar issues. After conducting a hidden investigation, you find that dissatisfaction is evident on anonymous forums and internal company surveys.
