One of the subtle biases in terms of health services evaluation is locational bias. Studies show that locational bias in terms of the evaluation of the effectivity of the outcomes of a healthcare program has a high likelihood of appearing since these factors are affected by a lot of choices (and perceptions of that choice).
Another kind of bias in the evaluation is naïve estimates regarding a program’s effects.
