Evaluation Plan Data Collection The plans for evaluation of the DCTP will entail the collection of data over time as a way of determining the worth of the program. Quantitative data will include pre and post-test scores, the number of participants recruited and who completed the training, and the job placement statistics upon completion of the training. On the other hand, qualitative data will be elicited from participants' responses via individual interviews using open-ended questions, observations, and the opinion of the internship supervisor to show different perspectives of the program. The overall assessment and data collection plan will use specific tools and techniques to make the evaluation more comprehensive and accurate. Participants will complete structured questionnaires that will be recorded online at the end of each training session to capture participant feedback. They will be based on an instrument designed by the evaluation team in conjunction with subject matter experts from within the respective organizations.
