PepsiCo’s investment in diverse areas within this industry has positioned itself strategically as a significant competitor. As a result, the company’s continued investment in its sustainability emerges as a fundamental area that the stakeholders, led by the CEO, Ramon L. Laguarta, should prioritize to transform its development further. 1 2. State the overall objective of the communication plan. This communication plan intends to engage PepsiCo’s top leadership and other stakeholders and illustrate the importance of transforming the company’s sustainability initiatives to maintain competitiveness and public reputation. The approach identifies this area as a priority issue and delineates the specific actions that would trigger desirable effects.
