Research Paper Instructions:
Attention ! ( I dont need new sources the 5 articles that need to be referenced are already attached)
The 5 articles needed for the assignment are attached. Basically the literature review needs to be based on the below mentioned purpose statement ( Determine best practices in designing inclusive events that accommodate individuals with disabilities.)”and the part I need help with is the recommendations for future research ( part 7 ) . After that I have to create a questionnaire with those findings. Therefore based on the 5 articles could you please write 1 and a half pages on the future research and then come up with 10 questions regarding the future research part and how the research can be improved.
The criteria's for the 11 questions are the following.
1) screening question
2-11) closed ended questions ( ranking, rating, multiple choice, likert) ( one demographic question )
( the purpose of the questionnaire is what are the 10 questions you didnt get out of the article )
Literature Review (Week 10, November 12, 2024)One of the major assignments of this course involves developing a clear, researchable purpose statement and conducting a literature review that informs the development of that purpose statement and a future research proposal. It should include
:1.Major studies – who are the major writers in your area? What do they have to say about the results of previous work? What are their strengths? Where are the gaps in their research"
2. Patterns – where has the research been conducted? What common threads do you find? Where do studies contradict each other?
3. Gaps – what are the gaps in the literature? What is missing, either from content, process, method, or findings?
4. Sampling – what populations have been sampled? What generalizations have been drawn that make sense? What other populations should be investigated?
5. Methods – what are the common or prevalent ways in which research hasbeen done in this area? What do the studies suggest for your research?
6. Bibliography (with annotations) – what sources have you consulted? Which ones are most valuable? Which ones provide a general background and which ones continued to your research questions?
7.What recommendations can you make for future research?Your literature review will help you refine and develop your purpose statement by helping you see what others have done before you. You will be identifying what otherliterature contributes to your area of inquiry or problem. It should focus primarily on findings.Syllabus for Research and Data Analytics – page 8 of 21
This paper shall be submitted in MLA format; you can find a set of guidelines on BRIGHTSPACE. Since a literature review is a new format for many people, we will read about the formats, purposes, and ways of conducting a literature review. The full literature review of approximately 10-12 pages should be submitted with an introduction describing the purpose of your research and your research objectives and a conclusion summarizing the results of your literature review and starting the transition to the research design. It should be accompanied by an Annotated Bibliography of all the works cited (a minimum of five scholarly articles). This literature review is due, under Assignments in BRIGHTSPACE during Week 10on November 12, 2024. Please follow the directions for turnitin.com when you submitthe assignment
The purpose statement used for this is literature review is :“Determine best practices in designing inclusive events that accommodate individuals with disabilities.”

Determine Best Practices in Designing Inclusive Events That Accommodate Individuals with Disabilities.
Future Research and Recommendation
Critical areas of future research on inclusive events for people with disabilities focus on several areas. First, a participant-centered approach can provide further insights into accessibility needs, including all the means by which people with disabilities could be involved in the research process. Research suggests that when event planning offers opportunities for participants to provide feedback, it helps mold better settings that are representative of actual users and fosters inclusivity through most of the design process (Gkarane et al. 3). This participatory approach could ensure that persons with disabilities contribute directly to shaping event accessibility practices.
Further research should also consider diversity in the type of disability rather than the generalized approach seen in different disabilities requiring different and distinct accommodations. Insight from another research underlines that people have different experiences depending on their specific needs; focusing research on that diversity may lead to more precise and efficient solutions in the future (Tsekouropoulos et al. 2). These could be explored in examining how events can better cater to specific needs, such as sensory-friendly options for neurodivergent attendees or advanced audio aids for those with hearing difficulties.
Further integration of new technologies is required. Research by Moon and colleagues points out that artificial intelligence (AI) navigation, virtual reality (VR) previews of accessibility, and real-time translation might further lead to personalized support at events (Moon et al. 7). Future research should look into the cost-effectiveness, user satisfaction, and logistic feasibility of such implementation and, while doing so, also provide event organizers with clear guidelines on new solution adoption concerning accessibility goals.
Another relevant domain that can impact inclusivity is examining how various environmental contexts influence accessibility. According to Manoli and colleagues, the environment of an event defines whether it will be entirely outdoors, completely indoors, or in a mixed environment; each of these venue types has different needs regarding accessibility and accommodations (Manoli et al. 8). Future research should investigate how diff...
