For this assignment, you will create a 2–3 page paper that will identify the roles and responsibilities of human services professionals based on their unique strengths and attributes. Identify the personal areas that reflect your strengths based on the self-assessment. What human services roles are revealed based on your self-assessment? What are your needed growth areas? Develop a personal plan to address areas where growth is needed. For this assignment, create your own headers based on the rubric criteria.
