Firstly, the diversity includes deaf and hard of hearing individuals who encounter communication challenges and discrimination when going for a jobs. In addition to this, the program proposed in this article is the formation of a job club that can take into account the particular situation of deaf and hard-of-hearing students. The job club is a friendly community that largely comprises of the hearing-impaired and deaf individuals who have a shared mission of creating a place where these students can find the necessary tools and resources which can be utilized to ease their job search process. The club is only set to host groups with a handful of members, that is, 8-12 members per group. This limits the number of participants per group, thereby allowing substantial interaction, peer support and meaningful attention. The classes, held once in a week, last on average 90 minutes each, during this time, there are discussions, work in groups, and speakers. In the group, there is a type of closed structure that does not change when the group is already formed and will end only when the program ends. The ambiance of this setting makes trust, confidentiality, and community atmosphere that led to openness, sincerity, and discussion freely around any work-related experiences, difficulties, and dreams.
