  • An analysis of your CliftonStrengths Assessment summarizing the results of your profile
  • A description of two key behaviors that you wish to strengthen.

Integrity
Integrity is widely regarded as an essential core value for individuals to possess. A person who has integrity is being truthful, trustworthy, and dependable. It is essential because it enables individuals to build strong and lasting relationships with others based on mutual trust and respect. People who possess integrity are respected, and they tend to have a positive influence on those around them. They are more likely to succeed personally and professionally because they are known for their honesty and reliability.
Empathy
Empathy is an essential core value because it enables individuals to connect with others on a deeper emotional level, understand their perspectives and experiences, and respond with kindness and compassion (Broome & Marshall, 2021). When someone has empathy, they are more likely to treat others with respect and consideration, making them a valuable member of any team or community. Teamwork
Teamwork is essential to success in many areas of life, whether in the workplace, school, sports, or any other group-oriented activity (Broome & Marshall, 2021). As such, it is a valuable core value for any individual. People who value teamwork understand that achieving a common goal requires a collaborative effort and that the group’s success is as critical as their success.
