In this article, the author would like to discuss the case of a 48-year-old White man that presents unremitting right flank pain. Case Summary
The patient, in this case, is a 48-year-old White man who has presented unremitting right flank pain. Upon consultation, he denies fever or dysuria. The patient also noted that he is experiencing nausea with vomiting symptoms. He noted that this was the first time he had experienced these symptoms. 
Probable Diagnosis
The most probable diagnosis for this case is Kidney Stone disease. According to Siener (2021), kidney stone disease happens when crystal concretion forms within the kidneys, thereby causing urological disorders and other side effects like nausea.
In this case, the patient exhibits unremitting right flank pain, which may be caused by muscle spasms, arthritis, back problems, gallbladder disease, and kidney stones disease, to name a few (Eker, 2022).
