Research design refers to the specific type of study that you will conduct. Research design is normally consistent with one’s philosophical worldview and the methodological approach the researcher chooses. In this case, you are using a quantitative methodology. As we have discussed in this course, quantitative research designs can be experimental and non-experimental. You will be using a non-experimental design that can include descriptive statistics, correlational or causal-comparative research methods.
Research methods refer to specific procedures selected based on the chosen design. This is where you will provide detail on how you collected and analyzed your data. For quantitative methodologies, research methods can be quite detailed and require that attention be paid to recruitment, sampling, sampling frame, sample size, surveys, pilot tests, observations, data collection, data analysis, statistical procedures, data interpretation, coding, validity, reliability, generalizability, reporting, etc
For this assignment, you will develop the research design for the Sun Coast project, utilizing the template to complete your assignment.
Your research design submission should include the below elements.
Research Methodology: Describe and justify the choice of research methodology and why it was most suitable to solve the problems. Be sure to compare and contrast this choice with the design that was not selected.
Research Design: Explain whether the research design is exploratory, causal, or descriptive. Provide the rationale for the choice.
Research Methods: Review the research questions and hypotheses you developed in Unit II, and then decide on the most appropriate research methods to test your hypotheses. They might include a combination of experimentation, descriptive statistics, correlation, and casual-comparative methods. Be sure to specify which method will be used to test which research question and hypotheses, and explain why that method was most appropriate.
Data Collection Methods: Specify how the data were most likely collected to test the hypotheses. Data collection methods include, but are not limited to, survey, observation, and records analysis. Be sure to specify which data collection method was used to collect the data needed for each research question and hypothesis. Please note that one data collection method could capture the data for several research questions and hypotheses.
Sampling Design: Briefly describe the type of sampling design that was most likely used for the data that were collected. Choices include, but are not limited to, random sample, convenience sample, etc. Explain your rationale for your sampling design selection(s).
Data Analysis Procedures: Specify which statistical procedures will be used to test each of your hypotheses from among correlation, regression, t test, and ANOVA. Explain why each procedure was the most appropriate choice.
The title and reference pages do not count toward the page requirement for this assignment. This assignment should be no less than two pages in length, follow APA-style formatting and guidelines, and use references and citations as necessary.

I'm going to take a quantitative approach to this endeavor. I shall use a descriptive or non-experimental study design. I'll be gathering information and comparing it to determine the best processes for our organization.
Research Methodology
The business challenges will be best handled via a quantitative research technique. It is founded on the declaration of issues that the research questions and the hypothesis need many data to provide the solutions to each issue. Although the study questions and hypothesis already indicated the factors and their connection, the proposed study is an attempt to study the link between these factors in a way that has not been done to date.
Research Design
The research plan will include information on the variables of employee health in which working environments vary. Therefore, in the two stages of research, both a descriptive and a correlation design are used in the quantitative study with secondary analysis. Phase one of the study questions four, five, and six: Causal Comparative Design. A causal-comparative design is chosen because a cause has already occurred compares two or more groups. This phase of study aims to identify if the redesigned training program is better than the previous training program and if the level of blood led of employer members is higher than their level before and after exposure. The first, second, and third phases of the study will use Correlative Design. Phase two of the investigation will provide secondary data for quantitative correlation design. Research Method
Because the non-experimental methodology is used in this research work, three research methodologies will be used: descriptive statistics, correlation, and cause-comparative. The approaches will be utilized to analyze primary data given by Sun Coast Remediation Company (Bryman & Bell, 2011). In general, when a researcher seeks research to establish the connection between two, more, or equal variables within the same population or two or more populations, the correlational research approach is used (Creswell & Creswell, 2018). This quantitative study will be utilized to evaluate the hypothesis regarding the relationship between the entire size of PM and employee yearly sick days, to measure the linkage between work-related safety expenses and lost time, and to analyze the link between main sound and sound working conditions. Responses for research questions one to three will be found via correlation research.
Casual-comparative research examines the differences in people's experiences to see any differences between or among them. It assesses the impact of an independent variable on a dependent variable while keeping other factors in check (Bagchi, 2005). This quantitative research will apply a casual-compare methodology to assess the difference between a prior training program and the amended training program on the average score of workers.
