The airline is one of the major transporters who provide carriage domestically and internationally. Its relationship with the environments can be discussed under the following subheadings: Employee relationship, value creation, sales and marketing/ competitive advantage, external and internal environmental factors, customer relationship and ethical issues.
The airline operates on a principle of employees come first. They are hired and equipped with the necessary skills to assist in the execution of the organization functions. The organization has strategies that are used to train the employees for them to handle the tasks as stipulated by the human resource department (Agis, 1992). They hire the employees through a process known as Target Selection where they try to match the traits of the recruits with the job that they will handle later in the organization. The company had an efficient mechanism for motivating and training employees. This ensures that the company has low turnover rate owing to their best treatment and considerations done to the employees (Thomas, 2004).
The firm trains its employees through a tailor made program that assist the organization to meet its objectives. The program is flexible enough to accommodate the ethical issues hence the employees are equipped with training that helps them to maintain high ethical standards in the execution of day to day duties. This also helps in maintaining high ethical standards within the organization (Koke, 2011).
The airline has worked enough to be able to maintain its initial position in the industry. The firm is thereby in a position to outdo other airlines hence able to continue in the business despite the challenges.

TickFord Automobiles are the next points of discussion. Australia has thriven very well and advanced in terms of the auto mobiles. Most of the auto plants of this company have gained recognition and awards due to the outstanding performance in terms of production. The automobile industry in the country has contributed the eighteen percent of the total manufacturing industries of the country. The country has tried to boost industry to the fullest to enable its own economical growth. The industry has tremendously performed very well in the last few years hence boosting the country economic growth. International business has been taking place with the firm selling most of its products to outside world to assist the countries which are not producing the automobiles to enjoy the services. Many automobile industries have managed to establish their own plants in Australia as the country is showing the potential of containing and as source of investment (S HYPERLINK "" trangebrew , 2006).
The management of the plants may affect the foreign transaction in a variety of ways. The management is what drafts and dictates the every move that is done by a company or a plant. It determines the production to be done and the likes. The politics arising from the management heading towards the lower ranks of a business may affect how a business performs. In case of negative politics that may even sway the production activities of a plant, such a plant may not be able even to continue doing the oversea transaction. For business to take place, all the management personnels must be involved in the activity and this is the only way to make the business thrive. When the firm fails to produce enough for export, the foreign markets may freeze or get wound up hence no more transaction and the exporting business collapses. The management of any plant should therefore take care of sound management practices to avoid the internal politics that may negatively affect the business. Another issue that may affect the oversea operation is the financial problems. In situations where finance is not controlled well, the firm may not be able to produce enough and also pay for the requirements of the foreign exchange. The firm will thereby not make it in the next trading periods and the foreign markets shift to nations that are able to produce and supply the auto mobiles (Hirt & Orr, 2006).
The firm has different control systems which are aimed at maximizing the profit and efficiency of the TickFord automobile industries. One is the cost competitiveness strategy or system. The firms employ this criterion to assist in their production activities. This is usually through the low cost the aluminum metal which is used in the making of the automobiles. The fact that it is cheap decreases the cost of production. The firms are therefore able to produce more at less cost hence expanding their both local and foreign markets. The second factor in the cost system is the presence of high quality and quantity of machineries. These have assisted in making the production process cheaper and productive (Morton, 1997). The machineries have simplified the work hence more production has taken place. Low labor costs have also made the process of production cheaper as they assist in reducing cost that are associated with the production process. The second aspect of controlling is the technology development. This has been enhanced by the good relationship between the United States and Australia hence they work together towards institution of new technology in the auto mobiles plants (Mynard, 2010). This has enabled also in the monitoring process as all the transactions taking place are being done so due to the technology. This means that the technology monitors all the activities of the plant in question. The chain of suppliers is run by the use having the essence of good communication plus logistics that ensures cooperation between the plant and the supplier. The organization operates on the culture of keeping the business norms to enhance the survival of the firm. The top management has usually the chief executive officer, directors, and top level departmental managers. The industry has the mentality of achieving despite the challenges and therefore it is able to make in many ventures. In conclusion, a business that operates internationally is quite advantageous due to the fact that it is able to market its product internally and externally. Such plants have greater advantage if they are in a position to work in both environments. Global markets may be challenging especially due to the fact that the economy of different countries differ. The firms require putting into consideration the fact that the countries are not economically equal and therefore should assist all the clients are attended to. Global trends like change in the political conditions and status also influences the firms work or the marketing process. Politics affects security and therefore it’s quite challenging for affirm to remain working in an environment that is threat to security. All plants of automobiles should work towards the well of being of their clients as well as the plant itself (Oscar & Jorge, 2008).

The less sugar campaign was also an advert induced by a company. This is campaign strategy being applied to market a cereal product that has less sugar in its composition. The cereal product is aimed to the parents who feel that that when their children consume products with less sugar concentration, it will be healthier. The product however as the company is claiming, has less sugar but carbohydrate concentration is the same and therefore the child’s health does not change at all. It is a marketing strategy aimed at parents as they usually have less time to inspect the product that they are buying as they are usually in a hurry (Rehman, Shareef & Ishaque, 2012). The company is therefore trying to evaluate the possibility of launching the product to the advantage both parties that is, the parents and the company. The facts that are considered in this case are how sure the company will be on the judgment she will take in the marketing of the product. One fact is clear in this case, the product is kind playing with the mind of consumers as even if the sugar composition is low, the child will still gain the weight and thereby result to no difference even if the child consumed sugary product. The next factor to be considered is how to convince the marketers to market the product and emerge having convinced the consumers beyond reasonable doubt. The third consideration is what to do on such as situation with the knowledge that the product is just but a hoax to the consumer (Elliott, Waller & Rundle-Thiele, 2012).
The first ethical dimension is whether the firm is maximizing good and minimizing harm for the affected parties that is, the utility test. The decision taken is to decline doing the campaign where in short-term, the firm incurs cost of developing a new marketing approach and in long run children grow health and brand reputation not tarnished. Second, determination whether rights of consumers are affected (Engelen & Brettel, 2011). The implications are not foreseen and therefore not an issue. In the choice, consider whether customers are making their personal choices. The decision is that the plan is unethical and it does not give all information. Justice test is whether there is equal sharing of the burden and the benefits. The firm is deriving benefit and children burdened therefore unethical. Common good test that is, whether the firm is playing its part for the benefit of both parties. It is unethical as food industry requires transparency. Character test which questions whatever the company is doing if it represents their image. As it does not represent its image, the project is unethical (Kotler & Kotler, 2010).
The other company is Starbucks. Though many Canadians fear going to funeral homes, or associating with funeral homes, but still Starbucks cafés in Ottawa are still flourishing even after the announcement by Starbucks management that it is opening its retail cafes in funeral homes. As an effect, this research aims as answering...
