For this final assignment, you will create a change process plan for your supervisor. In this scenario, you are a manager of a company that needs a change process plan. Using your own research, your past readings, and/or your eTextbook as guidance, your plan should engage creative and critical thinking as you address the elements listed below. Provide a general description of the company, your position, the specific scenario/reason the change process is needed, and the number of employees who will be involved in the change process. Include a brief summary of any general concerns, generational concerns, cultural concerns, or political issues that could arise during the change process. Explain how attitudes and behavior of employees will be addressed to generate commitment and support for your change process. Provide a summary of the steps needed to create and implement your change process plan.
