Rhetorical Analysis of a Political Speech
1. Pick one of the speeches listed on Blackboard. Watch or read the speech. It may be useful to do both.
2. Do some research into the speech. Find out why it was given, where, who the audience was and so forth. Provide a thorough analysis for:
a. Context (audience, purpose of the speech ect.)
b. Content (what did the speech say that was important)
c. Impact of the Speech (what were the effects of the speech)
3. Format and edit your document. Each paper should be at least two pages long, and formatted to follow either MLA, APA, or Chicago citation styles.
4. Turn in the document on Blackboard in two places.
