In Chinese culture, the principle of hospitality is deeply entrenched in the doctrine of Confucianism, whereby guests accorded the highest honor for their hospitality. The principle of "Ren," which is usually translated into "benevolence" or "humaneness." This concept stands as one of the fundamental principles for hospitality in Chinese culture. It encompasses observing and responding with compassion, listening carefully to others, and welcoming both guests and strangers. Hospitality in the Chinese culture is also interlinked with the idea of "Guanxi," which is the name for the social connections and networks of personal contacts that orchestrate the relations in Chinese society. Create and keep ties of friendly goodwill are considered fundamental, and hospitality is a effective factor in development of these interpersonal connections (Ren & Chadee, 2020). Ultimately, the value of hospitality to Chinese culture can be manifested in the custom of "reception" guests or "Daijia." The Chinese household always treat their visitors with all their heart. Hosts fall into the usual practice of proactively trying to make their visitors feel safe and hugely important. This may take a form of offering them the first portion at the dining table, or serving them the favorite seat, the most tasteful dishes, and provoking conversations (Chon et al., 2020; Zhang et al., 2020) I am able to remember clearly how my grandparents truly gave guests a home. Whether friends came from faraway villages or relatives from distant towns, relatives were always eager to make all guests feel as comfortable as possible. I was taught by them that hospitability is not limited only to putting at the disposal of others material comforts but also that it should create a friendly and enthusiastic ambiance that makes the guest feel honored and welcomed. Moreover, a really vivid practice that used to be carried on among us everywhere in the family was the habit of preparing extraordinary feasts during the festivals and certain events. Meanwhile at these meetings, we use food strategy as a reason to not only eat and drink, but as an occasion to get together and, through stories and laughter, to strengthen our bonds as a community.
