Robinson made a huge step by making a solo podcast, “Sooo Many White Guys." This podcast first premiered on July 12, 2016. She decided to make this podcast to react to white males' predominance in the comedy industry. This podcast comprised people of color, LGBTQ individuals, and women since they were the minority in the comedy industry. Ilana Glazer served as this podcast's executive producer (Neel, 2018). In addition to the podcast, Robinson also founded Tiny Reparations. This was a Production Company that was performing under ABC Studios. The first project she produced under the Tiny Reparations was a talk show, "Doing the Most with Phoebe Robinson," which premiered on Comedy Central in 2021.
In addition to producing different content, she is one of the outstanding writers in American history. For instance, she has produced "Please Don't Sit on My Bed in Your Outside Clothes: Essays.”, “Everything's Trash, but It's Okay.”, and “You Can't Touch My Hair: And Other Things I Still Have to Explain.” Despite only writing three books, all her books have received one of the best reviews in American history. One of the reasons is that she has an outstanding sense of humor through being a comedian. This process makes most people enjoy reading her books without being bored. This skill is rare with most authors who represent most information seriously. On the other hand, humor usually helps her represent serious information that could have caused serious reactions to reduce the reaction. This process makes even the people who have the behaviors being criticized read since they are not being criticized directly.
The other reason Robinson is an outstanding author is that her writings are based on societal issues. For example, all of Phoebe's writings are based on the people being oppressed in society. For instance, in her writings, she has highlighted the issues regarding women's oppression in society. There are also some instances where she uses her experiences to show discrimination. This process could play a huge part in fighting for women's rights. Moreover, she has also highlighted the issue of racism that has been happening in America. For instance, in her writings, she has highlighted the issue regarding “Black lives matter." This instance makes her a great writer since she addresses the issues regarding society, and if individuals follow her advice, they are likely to have a great society.
