You will need to compose and send a formal (professional) email to me (your boss) discussing:  1 Your worst group experience (must be a real experience). As a boss, I need to know what led up to the problem, the problem, and the consequences--it will be up to you to determine how long this portion is. 2 Find supporting documentation with ideas on how this could have been prevented (you must cite your sources at the end of the email). Provide a good summary of the article you find and the link to the article that you summarize. This must be in your own words and you must refer to the article by title and author only. 3 What measures do you plan to take in a future setting to avoid these circumstances? NOTE:  1 This needs to be an "actual" email, so do not think of it as an assignment (therefore no assignment link). Open up Outlook and compose/send the email. The body of the email should not be an attachment. 2 This email should not be one paragraph. 3 After you send the email, go into the "sent" folder, open the email, and copy/paste it (or take a screenshot of it) into a Word document. Submit via the Discussion board link for feedback.  4 Your submission, original email, feedback, and revised email, in Bb will be graded (not the sent email in Outlook).
