The presentation of Tianyu Yung focused on eating disorder patients. The intervention used in her therapy session as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) because she found it easier to use. She demonstrated that it is easy to use CBT because the therapist instructs and coaches the client. The presentation included values, knowledge, and behavioral skills introduced in social work to help students understand the short-term, crisis better, and extended intervention models (David, Cristea, & Hofmann, 2018). It came out clearly in the therapy session that many patients vomited after every treatment. Many patients became worried about their condition and felt that the use of drugs is useless.
