The team-building process entails a wide range of definitive and distinct phases essential to development. The process of team building is essential for the process of executing various policies. Their team development process consists of the following phases; formation, storming, norming, performance, and adjourning. This whole team development process entails effective communication between the team members and delegating the critical underlying issues to be executed. Efficiency in the process and execution of ideas are some of the significant elements of consideration in team development. The elements enhance coordination and cooperation between team members in executing ideas. Support is also needed within the designated criteria to improve the aspect of dynamic ideas. Team building exercise plays a crucial role on the aspect of executing ideas.
Envisioning the Team
The team consists of five members that will work towards a common goal. The team's primary purpose is to work cohesively towards the set objectives. The team will work toward marketing the product and executing customer relations. It will be focused on increased communication, elaborate planning techniques, and motivation of other employees within the company. The team's specific roles in delivering services within the company will primarily focus on helping each other succeed (Bunkenborg et al., 2022).
