This course is focused at Japanese colonial rule over Korea (1910-45). In the response paper, you present a question about reading materials assigned for the upcoming class. Your question should address the most important point of the text in relation to the class topic. In addition to presenting a question, you are also required to explain how your question deals with the main point of the text. When more than one reading material are assigned, you should formulate a question in the way in which it addresses the main points of all the reading materials. You are expected to prove that you have read and thought about them in relation to the theme of the course. ***Focus mainly on the reading, expand on the materials, and not talk too much about the course theme itself.
