Keeping the 7 steps of a statistical study in mind, reflect on the quality and integrity of the data you presented in your Week 9 Assignment, Making Data-Driven Decisions, and how you considered these aspects of data in communicating your conclusions?
How can you be confident that your results are valid and reliable?
Topic 2:
As the needs and goals of your team evolve, you will need to be flexible and able to adapt your team. You may have to fill vacant positions or realign to accomplish your goals. As you move forward, it's important to fill the roles with the strengths you need and move people to where they perform best. Sometimes you will have to change your strategy, but not your people, so you can play to your strengths. Changing needs do not always require a change in members. It's up to you to use each team member in the most effective way. This week, we learn how to lead a team to success using the talent one already has. Think about a past or present position you've held. Were you using all of your strengths and skills in that position? Were you given the opportunity to take on a new role to better utilize your strengths and skills? How did this affect your performance?

Topic 1
To apply my result-driven skills to meet specific objectives or goals, every project I undertake I will ensure is measurable. Further, I will turn every project into a case study in which I can collect, analyze and interpret data to make sure I make a decision based on facts and figures. This way, the strategize I will employ will be accurate and ensure that the correct outcome is achieved. For instance, when marketing a product, I would survey how individuals feel about it, which people are more interested in the product and why. A survey helps to collect information which can be done through brand association and customer feedback.

In organizations, change is constant as new goals and strategies are developed and implemented daily. However, the need to change strategies to achieve the evolved goal sometimes means a difference in people. This means that the existing employees will occupy the new systems and approaches to achieve the desired goal. Adaptability skills permit an individual to regulate change in one's environment. If an individual is susceptible to change at their workplace, they will positively respond to the ever-changing business concepts, needs, responsibilities, expectations, trends, ideas, and different processes. Additionally, being pliant means having problem-solving, communication, creative thinking, and interpersonal skills. Further, being adaptable to change is crucial in developing strategies, implementing approaches, and working on projects as individuals showing their motivation and inspiration to learn and try new things.
