In the coming years, they become famous across Europe and produced strong influence in ballet and ballet music compared to other groups during the time. It is estimated that in the early 19th century, theaters were opened for people capable of affording tickets to watch ballet performances. Empress Anna and Jean-Baptiste immensely contributed to the field of fireworks, balls, and tableaux. After the appointment of Jean-Baptiste in the military academy as a dancing master, he initiated an advanced study of ballet in Russia. Consequently, Jean-Baptiste won patronage from the elite families in Russia, which supported his efforts in ballets.
