What dispositions do you possess that you think will make you a successful teacher?I possess the responsibility disposition of ensuring students learn. All students can learn, and the assets and diversities they bring to a classroom are paramount. Thus, I provide learning services to all students in the different levels of learning, ensuring that each learns and functions at high levels and meets behavioral expectations. I am an excellent communicator, enabling me to speak with clarity, and convey teachings creatively and understandably, so students understand and are motivated. Also, I have a creative pedagogy disposition, which enables the formulation of exciting lesson plans, homework, tests and incentives for learning that keeps students engaged in school work without getting bored.
