MEMORANDUM TO: THE MANAGEMENT FROM: EMPLOYEE REPRESENTATIVE DATE: SUBJECT: BONUSES FOR EMPLOYEES I am writing to inform you that I have regrettably learned that the employees will not get any bonuses while the executives are bound to get the same in this financial year. Being on the final stages of the contract negotiations, I expect that this kind of information should have long been disclosed. Unfortunately, the information was withheld, and I consider this highly unjust. From where I stand, I cannot comprehend why I was not told the truth.
